At Action Property Management our staff is our most important asset. Owner / Broker

Mariann, who is also a licensed Real Estate Broker, is in charge of all operations at Action Property Management. She meets with individual owners, conducts homeowners association meetings, acquires new accounts to manage and oversees all independent contractors. She is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

Accounting and Billing

Angela is our full charge bookkeeper. She processes all of the rents that come in for over 400 individual properties, she takes care of paying reoccurring accounts payable ie: mortgages, utility bills etc.   She pays all the maintenance invoices that come in for all the individual properties as well as monthlly operating statements. Once completed all the owners payments are disbursed by ACH or check in a timely manner each month.  She processes and does all the accounting for approximately 20 plus Homeowners Associations, tracking their Articles of Incorporation status and sending out quarterly statements to all members.  Angela is also responsible for tenant billing, and the reimbursement thereof.

 

Administrative Assistants

Marlis is our Administrative Assistant. Her job consists of answering phones, faciliting all new leases, mailings, daily rental listings and much more. Marlis is friendly and very helpful in assisting in many areas of property management. Marlis has been with Action since July of 2007.

Sarah works with Marlis in the front office assisting tenants and prospective tenants.  Sarah will be one of the friendly voices you hear on the phone and is happy to assist you with any questions that may arise.

Heather is the friendly face you will see as a prospective tenant while you are looking at properties.
