Coordinate maintenance of the common property, which can include:

• coordination of all routine maintenance to ensure proper completion and budget compliance
• continuous inspection and supervision of the common areas
• repair of common electrical, plumbing and like areas of the property
• inspect any areas as required, ensure compliance, and conduct follow-up

Professional and accurate financial accounting and cash management

• collection and payment of shared debts
• collection of current dues
• payment of invoices
• maintenance of bank accounts for common maintenance
• maintain detailed accounting of financials status of the association
• providing quarterly financial statements for owners

Manage and conduct necessary meetings

• plan and hold annual owners meetings
• conduct all association meetings
• correspond with owners to advise them of status
