Rental Application
We require a rental application from each person wishing to rent through Action Property Management. One application is required per person, even in the case of married couples, with the exception of children.
There is a $25.00 dollar application processing fee for the first person and $15.00 for each additional person, to be paid at the time the applications are turned in. Please note that applications will not be processed without the processing fee. Sorry, but we do not accept debit or credit cards at this time, but mailing a check is acceptable.
