Our Staff
At Action Property Management we consider our staff our most important asset. The dedication to excellence and unique qualifications and experience of each person results in our clients' receiving a standard of service previously unavailable in the Four Corners area.

Office Greeter
Meet Rusty. He is the official office greeter of all customers.
His duties include keeping up his daily regimen of naps, receiving lots of treats, and helping to screen potentially new tenants.

Front desk & owner relations
Your first contact with us will likely be the warm greeting you receive when Amanda answers the phone or welcomes you to our office.
She is friendly, courteous and goes out of her way to be of assistance. In addition to reception, she is responsible for all front desk tasks, including homeowners association dues, letters, etc.

Accounting and billing
Lisa is our bookkeeper. This is a busy and demanding position. She prepares and disburses statements, collects rent, maintains contact with owners and bills tenants for reimbursable costs.
She also assists in all areas of the office.

Bookkeeping and customer service
Amber assists Lisa in bookkeeping and also helps John and Mariann on customer service.

Maintenance
Our maintenance Superintendent, John, supervises and tracks all maintenance and repair work ensuring it is done properly at the best price possible. He provides property inspections so that properties are maintained in good working order to prevent any deferred maintenance and procures bids for owners for needed work. John has extensive experience in building construction and management and has acted independent contractor for repairs and maintenance.

Management
Mariann, who is also a licensed Real Estate Broker, overseas all operations at Action Property Management. She meets with individual owners, conducts homeowners association meetings, approves tenant applications, shows property, sells real estate, acquires new accounts to manage and overseas all independent contractors. She is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. She is also the "complaint department" and mediator.
